Stretch and Relaxation classes are designed to activate your body and mind with restorative and gentle moves that will help you open, align, stretch, and increase the flexibility in your whole body to chill-out and inspiring music. This class will teach you how to isolate and integrate organic movements for more relaxation, presence, and overall well-being.
